Nifty idea! Has this been done in the past?

Ok, two questions:

1) Do participants have to write fics, or can this include meta (essay, review, etc?)

2) If you (meaning, me) can't pick and ALL-time favorite ep, because my brain doesn't work that way, can we pick an episode that we consider "underrated/underloved" instead?
